Conservatory Styles

A range of bespoke conservatory designs to suit every home.

Edwardian Conservatories

Edwardian conservatories feature clean lines and a rectangular footprint, making them a practical and versatile option. Their understated design suits both traditional and modern homes, offering generous usable space with a refined appearance.

Lean-To Conservatories

Lean-to conservatories provide a simple, contemporary solution, particularly well suited to modern properties or limited spaces. Their minimalist design allows for excellent natural light while maintaining a clean and unobtrusive profile.

Victorian Conservatories

Victorian conservatories are known for their elegant bay fronts, ornate detailing, and classic proportions. Ideal for period properties, they offer a timeless design that enhances traditional homes while flooding the interior with natural light.

Gable-end Conservatories

Gable-end conservatories are defined by their striking, high-pitched roof and grand sense of height. With a tall front elevation and triangular gable, this style creates a feeling of space and light, making it particularly well-suited to larger properties or homes looking for a more dramatic architectural statement.

Fully Bespoke Conservatory Designs

For properties that require something truly unique, we design bespoke conservatories from the ground up. These custom designs are tailored entirely to your home, garden, and vision, ensuring a one-of-a-kind result.

The cost of a bespoke conservatory varies depending on size, style, materials, and level of customisation.

As a general guide, bespoke conservatories typically start from £8,750, with larger or more complex designs increasing in price. Features such as specialist glazing, decorative detailing, bespoke colour finishes, and upgraded foundations can all affect the final cost. We provide clear, tailored quotations following an initial consultation.

Here are a few examples from previous builds. Please note that these prices are approximations only and are subject to change.

A 3m x 3m lean-to conservatory with a solid warm roof, insulated base, French doors and two top-opening windows, fully fitted from £9,920.

A 4.97m x 3.048m White Lean to Conservatory with a solid warm roof fully fitted from just £13,600.

A 3m x 3m Double-Hipped Edwardian Conservatory with an Aluminium Box Gutter and a Polycarbonate Roof, fully fitted with base included from just £10,200.

Yes. Alongside our standard bespoke conservatory build, we offer a range of optional upgrades to enhance further the look, comfort, and functionality of your space.

An ambient blue glass roof can be added for an additional cost, helping to reduce glare and create a softer, more comfortable internal environment. Fully insulated bases are also available as an upgrade, providing improved thermal performance for those looking to maximise year-round use.

In terms of finishes, standard external colours are included, with grey or black external frames available at an additional 15%. For clients who wish to match both internal and external finishes, dual-colour options are available at an extra 20%.

We also offer upgraded door configurations, including bi-fold and slide-aside doors, which can be incorporated into the design for an additional cost, allowing for greater flexibility and a more open connection to the garden.

All optional upgrades are discussed during the design stage, with clear pricing provided so you can tailor your conservatory to suit both your home and your budget.

We specialise in the design and construction of bespoke conservatory structures, delivering a fully fitted, high-quality shell that is ready for final decoration and personal finishing.

Every conservatory we build includes the full base and structural build, with A-rated frames, high-quality glazing, and all external construction completed. We also plaster the external wall where the conservatory connects to your home, ensuring a clean, professional finish.

We do not carry out final decoration or furnishing. This includes painting, wallpapering, floor coverings, and interior finishing. However, floorboarding is installed, providing a solid base ready for your chosen flooring.

This approach allows homeowners the freedom to personalise their space while ensuring the structural build is completed to the highest standard.

Yes. We offer free, no-obligation design consultations for homeowners considering a bespoke conservatory.

During your consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your ideas, assess your space, and discuss design options, materials, and potential layouts. This allows us to provide honest advice and outline what’s achievable before any commitment is made.

There’s no pressure to proceed. Our consultations are designed to give you clarity, answer your questions, and help you decide whether a bespoke conservatory is the right solution for your home.

Yes. Every conservatory we build is fully bespoke and designed around your home. You can customise the style, size, roof design, glazing options, frame colours, door configurations, and decorative details. We also ensure each conservatory complements the architecture of your property, whether it’s traditional or contemporary.

In many cases, conservatories fall under permitted development and do not require planning permission. However, this depends on factors such as size, location, and whether your property is listed or in a conservation area. We can advise during the design stage and help guide you through any planning requirements if needed.

Wait times can vary depending on the time of year and current demand. Typically, from initial consultation to build start, you can expect a lead time of 8–12 weeks. This allows time for design development, approvals, and manufacturing of bespoke components.

Once construction begins, most conservatories are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on size and complexity. Larger or more detailed projects may take slightly longer. We’ll provide a clear schedule before work begins so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes. Our conservatories are designed to be comfortable and usable throughout the year, with thermal performance considered at every stage of the build.

All glass units used in our conservatories are Planitherm Total+, featuring argon-filled glazing and a warm edge spacer bar as standard. This high-performance glazing helps to reduce heat loss during colder months while minimising excessive heat gain in summer, creating a more stable internal temperature.

Our conservatory roofs are constructed using Eurocell roofing systems, with 32mm, 7-walled Heatguard polycarbonate supplied as standard. This roofing specification provides excellent insulation and light transmission, helping to keep the space bright while improving thermal efficiency.

For homeowners looking to enhance comfort further, additional upgrades such as insulated bases or specialist glass options can be discussed during the design stage.

Absolutely. Matching your conservatory to your home is a key part of our design process. From roof pitch and glazing bars to colour finishes and proportions, every detail is carefully considered to ensure the conservatory feels like a natural extension of your property.
